Blog Entry #6 October Fun
It’s October! Have you done any activities that fall brings? The State Fair, pumpkin patch, Haunted houses? If not, here you can find all sorts of fun activities and places to go with your family, spouse, and friends.
The Arizona State Fair is a great place to bring your loved ones! The state Fair has all kinds of activities for all age groups including an animal barn, Rides, games, and much more. When going to the fair the food is always something I look forward too. Delicious turkey legs, mouth watering Funnel cake with sugar powdered on top, the food just makes the trip so much better! Although this is a more expensive activity to do, it’ll be worth all the fun you’ll have at the end of the day! Click here for more info
Do you like being scared? Then you definitely need to hit a haunted house before the holiday ends! Adrenalin, terror, and horror are what visitors seek! If this sounds like you then here are two haunted houses you can look into: Thirteenth Floor is definitely a great haunted house to go to. It consists of 2 sections, one including zombies! Click Here if you want to learn more. Fear Farm is another great haunted house! With 26 acres and 5 different scary attractions you and your friends are sure to have a blast! Pumpkin patches are a must during October! If you don’t carve a pumpkin you’re obviously not in the Halloween spirit. A great pumpkin patch to go to here in the valley is tolmachoff Farm! They have a corn maze, train rides, petting zoo, and of course a great selection of pumpkins to pick from! This fun activity can most definitely help save money because it doesn’t cost that much.
If you like the activities I’ve provided please comment on which ones are your favorite and which ones you want to try! Also if you’ve tried any of these this year let me know how your experience was! I’ve been to all the places I’ve mentioned and they were so much Fun! Thankyou for reading, I hope you have a great October and Happy Halloween!

I went to the state fair for the first time in years and it was fun!
ReplyDeleteI too, love October! I didn’t get to go to the fair unfortunately, but I plan to next year. Fear Farm is also cool and Tolmachoff Farms I heard is a good place to go for pumkins. I’m going to carve some pumkins while watching scary movies and hopefully they come out good!
ReplyDeleteTimely and energetic post.
